Bio: Jeremy Bench

Personal Background: Jeremy Bench, originally from North Carolina, began his musical journey in a somewhat unconventional way—he was forced into school band! But what started as an obligation turned into a passion.

Musical Journey: Jeremy credits his cousin’s ex-husband for inspiring him to dive into music. His biggest musical influence is Sir Nicholas Barker, the original drummer for Cradle of Filth. Jeremy describes his playing style as that of a metal drummer who’s constantly broadening his horizons.

Band Experience: Jeremy holds down the rhythm section as the drummer and is also the band’s resident energy booster. He’s the heartbeat of every song and brings plenty of laughs (and occasional frustration for his dad). His favorite song to perform? “Northern Lights” by Death Cab for Cutie.

Behind the Scenes: When he’s not drumming, Jeremy is outdoors—hiking, paddleboarding, or exercising. A fun fact about Jeremy? He’s been sober since 2021. His pre-show ritual is simple: warming up his hands on the drive to the gig.

Personal Philosophy: For Jeremy, music serves as a time capsule—a way to remember moments, stay grounded, and maintain sanity. His favorite quote? “Living is easy with eyes closed.”

Looking Ahead: Jeremy dreams of pushing the band to bigger audiences and venues—no specific place, just anywhere people will listen. Above all, he wants every performance to leave the audience with lasting memories.

Gear and Fun Facts: Jeremy’s gear includes Pearl drums, Zildjian cymbals, Pro Mark sticks, and Axis pedals. His guilty pleasure song? Shawn Michaels’ Theme Song. And his three words to describe himself? Sexy, Hilarious, TOTALPACKAGE.
